Iām a certified personal trainer with a background in professional basketball, having competed internationally at a high level. My time in sport shaped my approach to discipline, structure, and performance ā principles that still guide my coaching today.
Before transitioning fully into fitness, I spent nearly a decade in law enforcement, working night shifts and rotating schedules. Staying in shape during that time wasnāt about perfect routines or motivation ā it was about building systems that worked under pressure. Add in two active young kids, and I learned quickly that consistency has to fit real life.
I started this fitness page and coaching practice because I saw how many driven, hardworking people struggle ā not from lack of effort, but from lack of a sustainable plan. Busy professionals, shift workers, and parents donāt need extremes. They need structure.
